A Day in the Life of Antioxidants

'I'm just not a morning person' Breakfast
  • Fruit Salad rich in cranberries, blueberries, grapefruit and cherries with yoghurt
    OR
  • Berry rich smoothie (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries etc) milk and yoghurt/ice cream
    OR
  • Oats topped with a fruit salad of raspberries and yoghurt
    WITH
  • Coffee and milk
'Is it lunch yet' Morning break
  • Handful of dried fruits such as raisins and blackcurrants
    OR
  • A fresh apricot
'I'm famished' Lunch
  • Salad sandwich including avocado, spinach leaves, carrot, slice of cheese, cucumber, cherry tomatoes and capers on wholegrain/multigrain bread
'I just need some sugar' Afternoon Break
  • Chopped apple with skin on
    OR
  • A big bunch of red grapes.
    OR
  • Hot chocolate with skim milk
'I don't want to be chained to the kitchen sink' Dinner
  • Steamed fish and fresh vegetables including broccoli, onion, tomato, fresh oregano, eggplant squeezed with fresh lemon juice
    OR
  • Wholegrain pasta with chicken, broccoli, spinach leaves, onion, eggplant and oregano tossed in a tomato based sauce
'A little indulgence all for me' Dessert
  • Two indulgent squares of intense dark chocolate
    OR
  • Strawberries dipped in dark chocolate
